Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders placed after 12 PM EET will be processed the next business day. Please note that orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or Lithuanian public holidays.

International Shipping
- We ship worldwide.

- Customs Processing. International orders may experience additional processing time due to customs clearance. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs procedures, local authorities, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Lost or Damaged Packages
- If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact our customer service team at info@inavatishop.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date.
- We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.
- Please note that we do not include insurance in the basic shipping costs. If you would like to add insurance to the shipping of your item, please let us know in advance.
