1. General Terms

The InAvati Membership Program is designed to reward registered customers for their purchases. Participation in the program is free and open to all customers who create an account with InAvati. By joining, customers agree to the terms outlined in this policy.

2. Earning Points

Customers earn 1 loyalty point for every 1 EUR spent on eligible purchases made in-store or online at www.inavatishop.com. Points are credited to the customer's account within 24 hours after a completed purchase.

3. Redeeming Points

Points can be redeemed for discounts once the customer reaches a minimum of 500 points. The discount is applied by entering a unique code at checkout or presenting it in-store. The discount levels are as follows:

– 5% discount
– 10% discount
– 15% discount

The discount becomes available for the next purchase after reaching the required points threshold.

*Discounts are not cumulative, and membership discounts are not applicable to sale items.

4. Points Expiry & Status Calculation

Points are valid for 12 months from the date they are earned. If a customer does not accumulate enough points to maintain their current status or reach a higher level within this period, their points will be recalculated. However, points will not be deducted as long as at least one purchase is made within the 12-month period.

5. Returns & Adjustments

If a customer returns an item, the points earned from that transaction will be deducted from their balance. Any adjustments to the points balance will be reflected in the customer’s account.

6. Account & Usage

Customers can check their points balance and status by logging into their account and navigating to the Membership Program section. Points are non-transferable, cannot be exchanged for cash, and cannot be combined between different accounts.

7. Program Modifications & Termination

InAvati reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the membership program at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be communicated through official InAvati channels.
