Inside the Mind of The InAvati’s Stylist

Posted by Agnė Klimašauskaitė on

I am a fashion person - and style has never been a hobby or a passing interest for me. It has been cultivated daily - in interiors, food, art, and fashion - as both a discipline and a way of life. I see beauty everywhere. What has always fascinated me is not the garment itself, but the person wearing it - how they look, how they feel, how their posture shifts, how their smile softens, how their gaze becomes more confident. These subtle transformations create lasting impressions and genuine joy. For me, style is not only about the exterior. It is about a state of being. And when the two align, personality reveals itself at its most powerful.

Style is about taste, sensitivity, perhaps intuition - the ability to see the whole rather than isolated details. Quality and refinement entered my life early. As a child, I would visit second-hand shops with my grandfather, searching for a wool blazer or trousers. That is where I learned to distinguish quality from a label and to understand that style begins with awareness, not price.
It felt inevitable that my path would lead to fashion or art. After completing my studies in graphic design, I learned structure, color theory, rhythm, and responsibility for every millimeter. Over more than twenty years, I have worked behind the scenes, on stage, on the runway, backstage, and in fashion publications. My experience with a New York advertising agency was particularly formative, as were the first high-fashion boutiques established in Lithuania. I have seen too much to believe in quick solutions or superficial work. This led me to a conscious decision to work more deeply - with the person and the whole, not just the outward image. If you are looking not only for a garment, but for clarity - we are likely speaking the same language.

Seeing systems where others see only objects has become my guiding principle. From a few pieces, I create structure. From a wardrobe, a strategy. From abundance, clarity.
Joining the InAvati team, I set myself a clear goal: to turn shopping - both online and in-store - into a meaningful experience. I want to help customers combine what they already own with new collections, ensuring every choice is thoughtful and valuable - not just another piece forgotten in a closet.
If you’ve purchased an InAvati blazer and are unsure how to style it for different occasions - I will guide you. If you’re preparing for an important conference - we will create a look that speaks for you. If you’re traveling light - we’ll build a structured wardrobe that transitions effortlessly from conference to evening event. If you’re searching for a fresh direction - we will find it, or create it.
Style is not about quantity. It is about you - and the decisions that truly serve you.

In fashion, there is one rule: style is measured not by volume, but by precision. The SS’26 direction is clear - less noise, more structure. A wardrobe is built not through impulse, but through strategy. This is where the new season of fashion and style begins — with InAvati.

Yours,
Agnė
